This cozy home is nestled on .25 acre only 3 minute walk to the beach! Quiet dead end road, this home has an outdoor fire pit (usable unless fire ban is in place), big back yard, large deck with closed in gazebo, BBQ, and so much more! The main floor boasts two bedrooms, the master ensuite has a soaker tub to relax in, there is also another full bath and laundry. The living room has a large couch for the whole family to relax and watch a movie, or curl up and read a book and unwind. Wood burning fire place for that extra comfort! The basement has a set of narrow stairs, leading to two sets of double bunk beds, in addition to another rec area with a tv/DVD and unlimited board games and movies! 5 minute walk to the park and HUB restaurant, main boat launch and the Scotch Creek market.

Summary: The location of the house was okay. It is close to a main road with lots of traffic noise, the double wide trailer was very dated, could not really use the lower level due to excessive moisture, some of the lights and appliance did not work properly. Overall priced to high for what you were getting.

Summary: I am hesitant to give such a glowing review because we hope to continue to come back to this great property and don't want it to get too booked up! ;) This cottage exceeded our expectations, there was so much space, it had everything we could have needed for the stay and was in a great location. The host was very easy to communicate with, and was accommodating of our additional last minute guests and their dog. During our stay we spent a lot of time at the beach just down the road (the lake is so clean and beautiful) played lawn games, had a bonfire, spent time in the screened in gazebo and checked out the adorable Scotch Creek market. We dined and shopped in the nearby town of Sorrento. This is a great property to access the amazing Shuswap region!
